Ordered an expresso drink on the app, this is what they gave me. This is the only store I’ve had issues with regarding my customized drink. Would rather drive extra minutes than go to this Starbucks .
I have never experienced such bad service at a Starbucks like I did today. The cashier was so rude in the drive thru she sounded annoyed getting my order. She kept asking in an annoyed manner and we ordered 5 drinks and gives them all one by one and doesn’t ask if want a cup holder. She was very dismissive when giving our drinks and when we asked for the receipt and cup holder. The cashier number on my receipt was 4584, drawer 2 and reg 3 and receipt says 12:25pm but it was really at 1:25pm. Someone needs to work on the customer service in the Penitas Starbucks. Never going back there again.
To the young gentleman that helped me with my drive-thru order, I want to thank you for your patience (I was with my two little ones) and kindness. This little note here really made my day. Keep doing this. Keep spreading kindness, you have no idea what this means to people. God bless you. P.S. The Brown Sugar Oat Cortado you recommended was delicious 😋. 10/10 Will absolutely buy it again. 😊
